Pilates, Hiking, Trail running & Nordic walking ! With these 4 complimentary activities you are sure to discover a new feeling of vitality, stamina and flexibility in your daily life and other sporting activities.
The Pilates method will help you find a balance regarding your posture and to build a strong muscle base and improve your breathing techniques. These exercises will be applied throughout the hikes and Nordic walking, working to gain the optimal techniques of coordination and efficiency whilst using walking poles in different environments. With these movement techniques you will be able to burn as many calories as if you were running but without the risk of damaging something...and with a smile on your face!

Not forgetting that the pathways used in the mountains are full of amazing scenery and landscapes that will bring a sense of relaxation, well-being and a time for reflection......and allow you to enjoy your hoidays in La Rosière to the maximum!

The offer includes :

  • 7 nights accommodation
  • The alti-forme course is for 3 days (from Tuesday to Friday) including 4 activities (Pilates, Hiking, Trail running & Nordic Walking) with qualified instructors (Delphine Boegli for Pilates and Stéphane Regazzoni for the hiking, Trail running and Nordic walking).

The offer does not include individual insurance, personal expenses - (snacks, drinks, picnics), transport in private vehicles to get to the starting points for the hikes (car sharing is possible).

The package will be confirmed provided there is a minimum of 4 participants. (Confirmation or cancellation 8 days before the start of the course).
