A charming residence with heated swimming pool 4 x 10m (only open in the summer). South facing balconies with tables, chairs and (parasols in the summer). Parking available in front of the residence, common living/ dinning area, individual ski lockers with ski boot warmers, television and free wifi. Linen rental is possible (20€/a pair of sheets, 15€/a bath and a hand towel), Garage rental (60€/ week)).
20€ for use of the electric charging point (plug and terminal).
70€ for garage rental, including use of the electric charging point.
The residence is situated in the Orée quarter of La Rosière, 480m from the shopping area and 710m from the slopes, accessible with a free shuttle bus (winter) from outside the residence, every 15 minutes. Rental of the apartments is available from Saturday 2 pm to the following Saturday 9am.
