Built in the true Savoyard tradition, the Chalet l’Ourson combines the authenticity of wood and stone with modern comforts.
Ideally situated in La Rosière, in a quiet neighbourhood close to local shops. It offers direct access to the Manessier piste for a genuine ski-in, ski-out experience, just a stone’s throw from the nursery schools and ski schools.
Its three spacious 4-star apartments, ranging from 120 to 140 m², can accommodate up to 12 people in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bright living areas, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a convivial dining table and a Savoyard fireplace, open onto large bay windows leading out to south-facing balconies or terraces, offering panoramic views of the mountain peaks.
The sleeping areas comprise 4 to 6 bedrooms and up to 5 bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone.
For a hassle-free stay: ski room with direct access to the slopes, individual boot dryers, laundry facilities, and 2 to 3 parking spaces in a private garage depending on the apartment.

Private ski storage room, boot dryer
Bed linen and towel hire (by reservation) €8: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth.
In summer: €18 for bed linen
In winter: bed linen provided
Daily and end-of-stay cleaning available at an extra charge on request.
Shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer
Baby cots and high chairs available on loan
