Le Roc Noir offers luxury, spacious, and comfortable apartments as well as a 400m² aquatic center with swimming pool, paddling pool, hammam and sauna.

From 15/07/2023 to 19/08/2023, the Roc Noir aquatic area (swimming pool and paddling pool) will be open. The sauna and hammam will be closed all summer.
From 08/07/2023 to 14/07/2023 and from 20/08/2023 to 26/08/2023, the Roc Noir aquatic area will be closed, the one of Sky residence will be open to residents of Roc Noir.
From 01/07/2023 to 08/07/2023 and from 26/08/2023 to 02/09/2023, both Roc Noir and Sky aquatic areas will be closed.

From 16/12/2023 to 21/12/2023 and from 15/04/2024 to 22/04/2024, the Roc Noir aquatic area will be closed, the one of Sky residence will be open to residents of Roc Noir.
