Le logement est soit-disant à 110m du front de neige. A vol d’oiseau oui mais la pente à emprunter est trop raide et impraticable. L’accès aux pistes se fait le téléski de Manessier à 300m, acceptable mais ce manque de transparence est décevant en arrivant. Par ailleurs le logement est pour 4 et pas pour 6 et le placard à ski est minuscule, à peine pour 4 paires de ski. Les + : équipements, vue magique depuis la terrasse et accueil de l’agence. Le standing général est bon.

La possibilité de se rendre au front de neige par le 2iem étage qui n'est plus d'actualité, l'escalier le permettant est interdit d'accès et condamné, il conviendrait de modifier l'annonce. La position des WC dans l'appartement peut pratique, dès qu'on fait plus d'1m50 , il faut se placer en "diagonal" pour s'assoir sur les wc. La douche au premier étage peu pratique pour une personne de plus d'1m80.
