Le logement n’était pas propre à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû appeler pour que l’agence déneige les escaliers car c’était complètement gelé. La porte d’entrée fermait très mal à clés, nous avons même dû laisser le logement ouvert lors d’une sortie car nous n’arrivions pas à fermer. L’accueil le premier jour était très froid, pas très agréable. Nous avons par la suite communiqué avec d’autres personnes de l’agence qui étaient plus agréables. C’est dommage car le logement pouvait être agréable.
