Le ménage n'avait été visiblement pas fait, ou alors très rapidement, en effet nous avons retrouvé des sous vêtements chaussettes ainsi que bouteille d'eau à moitié vide des anciens locataires dans les chambres de l'appartement, à notre arrivée. C'était notre 3ème année consécutive dans la résidence, et certains équipements ne sont pas entretenus, notamment porte de placard, porte coulissante de salle de bain et porte d'une chambre.
