Accueil : une personne présente à notre arrivée pour la remise des clefs, avec peu de connaissance sur le chalet. Entretien : de multiple petites détériorations : porte de placard, barrière pour les enfants, éclairage, prises, thermostat de chauffage Qualité/prix : nous avons malheureusement choisis la semaine du jour de l'an avec la maximisation infernale des prix 4K€ hors vacances 10K€ Noël et jour de l'an Départ : pose des clefs en agence sans aucun contrôle
