WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM IN MY APARTMENT?
The person or organisation who handed over your keys is your point of contact for any technical issues in the accommodation. The Booking Centre remains available throughout your stay for any other issues. Please note that no claims will be accepted after your departure.
WHEN SHOULD I TAKE OUT CANCELLATION INSURANCE?
Cancellation insurance must be added to your booking at the time of confirmation. It cannot be added later.
