Hydrospeed in the Gorges of Isère
Presentation
The course begins at the edge of the river in order to learn how to use your fins, change direction, the technique of "rolling" and sign language in the river.
You then dive in the Isère for a descent which includes passages of rapids, big waves, surfing in the rollers... This is a sporty and intense program!
Duration of the hydrospeed activity: 1.30 hours
Total duration including equipment, activity and transport: 3 hours, starting at 9:00 or 15:00*
From 14 years old, no experience required
