L'appartement n'est pas adapté pour 4/5 adultes, seulement pour 3 personnes maxi. L'échelle de la mezannine ne tient pas et très compliqué de faire le nettoyage tout en haut (trop de lit). Très dangereux pour des enfants de moins de 10ans. Les prises au niveau du canapé et de la mezzanine font des étincelles, la rallonge pour faire une raclette n'est pas adaptée (risque de mettre le feu). De plus il lanque le détecteur de fumée. Pour la vaisselle, il faudrait rajouter des verres à pied.
