Le logement n'avait pas été nettoyé, ni aspiré ni dépoussiéré, les poubelles des précédents non évacuées; Appartement vieillissant, sans ventilation forcée ni hotte ==> présence rapide d'humidité avec les risques du coup de présence de champignons. Taches de moisissures présente. Armoires dans un état déplorable (portes manquantes), Le strict minimu sans confort aucun. Pas de détection incendie et prises a proximité directe d'un point d'eau (jet de douche pouvant toucher la prise)
