Il n'y a pas eu d'état des lieux. Visuellement, l'appartement semblait propre mais il ne valait mieux pas rentrer dans les détails, surtout au niveau de la salle de bain. Le logement manque de rangement quand on est 6. Et pour le prix, il faut quand même marcher 10 min avec tout les équipements pour arriver aux remontées mécaniques.
