Malgré une bonne situation géographique et les prestations proposées au sein du chalet, l'appartement est assez vieux, les électroménagers sont dépassés et la pièce à vivre est minuscule par rapport à la grandeur des chambres. Le balcon ne dispose pas de table ce qui est dommage quand le soleil brille de ne pas pouvoir manger un bout en terrasse. Malgré tout, l'appartement reste fonctionnel et pratique avec ses deux salles de bain et beaucoup de rangement.... et de grandes chambres
