Appartement bien situé et belle vue et bel aménagement.
Quelques réserves : des informations sont incomplètes, contradictoires voire inexactes. Etat des lieux effectué en amont sans les locataires. A compléter. A l'agence de vérifier le bon fonctionnement des éléments avant arrivée (TV, thermostat sdb..). Améliorations pour un bien dit de luxe : TV dans les chambres, manque de mobilier de jardin, parquet tâché, mécanisme de vidange de la baignoire, pas de poubelle adaptée...
