Chalet dont la literie devrait être changée en grande partie ainsi que le canapé. Le ménage n’avait pas été fait depuis longtemps ( toiles d’araignée aux plafonds et escaliers poussiéreux, vitres sales). On voit que l’entretien est très superficiel. Sinon il est très bien équipé et sa situation géographique est très satisfaisante.
