Pas d'état des lieux, attente très longue au check in (1 seule personne à l'agence), appartement avec des défauts de mise aux normes : beaucoup de petit bricolage non qualitatif (mis sur feuille d'état des lieux à l'arrivée, mais aucun appel de l'agence)
